Everglades Area Tours rental location is at JT's Island Café and Gallery on Chokoloskee Island. All year long, Chokoloskee Island is, by far, the best launch site in the area for the day paddler. All other locations require an open water crossing of Chokoloskee Bay and dealing with swift river currents.
